INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR- DRIVER/COURIER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our company is looking for a responsible and experienced individual to join our team as an Independent Contractor Courier Driver. As a member of our team, you will receive orders from our Dispatch Team, retrieve packages/parcels from clients, and then deliver the packages/parcels in a timely and safe manner.
We provide our clients with the absolute highest in Customer Service and you must be able to become an extension of our company by maintaining a Professional demeanor and appearance in order to be an ambassador for our Brand.
Our ideal candidate has prior delivery or professional driving experience. You also need a keen eye for detail, safe driving skills, and a thorough knowledge of the wider geographic area.
We are seeking Independent Contractor Couriers with 4-Door SUVs, Cargo Vans, Sprinter Vans, or Box Trucks for various routes
Income potential will vary based on individual capability and vehicle capacity. Those who are fast paced and determined are the highest earners.
• No overnight routes

• Drivers must be 25+ years old with valid driver's license
• Good driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years)

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SCHEDULED/ON CALL:
Book-A-Load Logistics, LLC is seeking Independent Contractor courier drivers with Cargo, Transit, Minivan, small Car/SUV.

6 months Courier Driver experience
MEDICAL COURIER CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Independent Contractor - Dispatcher (Remote)
Job description
Build a thriving work-at-home business providing remote dispatching and customer service for our Brands. We are seeking Independent Contractor Agents to provide Dispatch Services to our Owner Operators spanning a variety of industries including Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.
As a Book-A-Load Logistics, LLC Independent Contractor Agent, you have flexibility, autonomy and freedom to work from anywhere.
As an Independent Contractor Agent, you can:

We look for people who are comfortable:
* Conducting inbound/outbound customer service calls. Creatively solving problems.
* Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions.
* Documenting details of calls and customer interactions.
* Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.
Successful Independent Contractors will have the following skills:
* Minimum 1 year of phone based, customer service experience
* 2 to 3 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher preferred
* Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
* Strong customer service and written/verbal skills
* Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Earning Potential:
As an independent contractor, you will be the face of the company. Answer incoming calls and transfer and/or escalate calls as needed. The incumbent will also be responsible for submitting invoices and receiving/collecting payments for completed services.
As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor Agent providing dispatching services to Owner Operators, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations. Actual earnings may vary depending on client opportunity and support required. Independent Contractors are responsible for expenses and control their profit and loss.
Becoming a B.A.L.L. Independent Contractor:
* Complete an application to join the BALL TEAM, which includes passing a background/drug test
* Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
Client opportunities may have additional requirements, including expanded client-specific certification. Some client programs may require Independent Contractor Agents to provide services above-posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility.
